Order processing

Orders placed before 22:00 GMT are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times

Once processed, shipping takes approximately 5–8 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on your location and any potential customs inspections. The total time from placing your order to receiving your parcel is approximately 6–10 business days, including processing

Our products are packed and shipped directly by our carefully selected manufacturers in China. The stated delivery time of 6–10 business days already accounts for this international shipping route.

Shipping methods

We offer free standard shipping to the United Kingdom on all orders. No minimum spend is required. No additional shipping options are currently available.

All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means all customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are already included in the price you see at checkout. You will never be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This allows you to check the status of your delivery at any time and see when you can expect your parcel.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your items at info@marysfashionboutique.com to initiate a return. Please do not send any items back before contacting our customer service team first, as we need to provide you with specific return instructions.

As our products are shipped directly from our manufacturers in China, returns are sent to our returns warehouse at the following address: 2nd Floor, Building #16, Jiewei Industrial Park, Pingxin North Road, Pinghu, Longgang, Shenzhen, China 518111

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
