Refund and Returns Policy
At Mary's Fashion Boutique, we do our best to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item under the following conditions.
Your Statutory Rights as a UK Consumer
Our 30-day return policy (described below) sits alongside — and does not replace — your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Whichever option gives you the stronger remedy is the one you are entitled to use.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013): You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person nominated by you) receive the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@marysfashionboutique.com with a clear statement of your decision to cancel (you may use the Model Cancellation Form below). After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. This statutory right applies in addition to — and independently of — our 30-day return policy.

Faulty or Misdescribed Goods: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair, in line with your statutory rights. These rights are in addition to, and do not affect, our 30-day return policy.
Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be in their original condition, including the original packaging and all tags attached.
Return procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@marysfashionboutique.com for further instructions. Please do not send any items back before contacting our customer service team first, as we need to provide you with specific return instructions.
As our products are shipped directly from our manufacturers in China, returns are sent to our returns warehouse in China at the following address: 2nd Floor, Building #16, Jiewei Industrial Park, Pingxin North Road, Pinghu, Longgang, Shenzhen, China 518111
Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalised products or perishable goods.
- Digital downloads and licence keys.
- Items returned after the 30-day return period.
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have parts missing (unless this is due to an error on our part).
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item. We do not charge a processing fee. We aim to process refunds within 10 business days of receiving the item. Please note, however, that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Specific situations:
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. The simplest way is to return the item and place a new order on our website. Please follow the standard return procedure for this.
- Change of mind: You may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days and receive a full refund. Please follow the standard return procedure.
- Defective products: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange a return or replacement.
- Damaged goods: Please report any damaged items to our customer service team immediately for further instructions.
- Wrong item received: If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team to resolve the issue.
- Item not received: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team.
- Order cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team. If the order has already been dispatched, it must be returned following the standard return procedure.
Shipping costs
The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if a label was provided) will be deducted from your refund.
