When will I receive my order?
We process each order within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 22:00 GMT (Monday to Friday) are processed the same business day. Total delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes 6–10 business days, including processing. All orders are shipped free of charge via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning no additional import fees or taxes apply upon delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
What are the shipping costs?

The estimated delivery time has been exceeded. Where is my order?
In most cases, orders are delivered within the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, delays may occasionally occur. Have you waited an additional 3 days beyond the original delivery time and still have not received your order? Please send an email to: info@marysfashionboutique.com
How do I return an item and receive a refund?
Please contact us at info@marysfashionboutique.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
